I have often wondered about the phrase ‘abiding’ in terms of realization...Once the brain has fully seen that nothing is really happening and yet in the illusion there is infinite potential then it is seen that time and space and their illusory creations are eternal and seemingly never ending. So what is this abiding realization and for whom? If abiding means in time then clearly we are referring to something taking place within the thinking realm since in reality there is no time. So if the truth or the absolute is outside of time and space then how can the word abiding even apply ? Similarly, it is seen that the brain contains all of the perception without separation (nature) and within this also arises the ability to focus and thereby see separation which then can become fairly complex in its tapping into the concept of time (history, causation, destiny etc) but it is all still just stuff being imagined now. The so called imagined person who may have many ideas of ignorance and subsequent awakening etc is itself created by the illusion and whatever he thinks - I am ignorant, I am awake now, I have been realized for 30 years etc.. Is all still using the concept of time and space which are both essentially non-existent right now other than in imagination. The concepts can well continue and will continue and will continue to imagine endless so called persons who will seemingly have many illusions. Finally there is a seeing that all these persons are imaginary dense energetic memories of apparent choice and suffering etc. They are created spontaneously by Maya endlessly in the realm of imagination. So really the freedom or the absolute can never be in time or space. The truth is outside of this framework. It does not need time. It does not need memory. It does not need space. It can only bring the brain to a complete halt. And let’s not get into how long this halt stays for....
