The stress that presents itself in the body is seen by the mind as being due to a cause or event or even due to genetic or cultural downloads in the brain. But then the brain sees that believing the body to be a separate object and as such imaging it as special and separate is itself the cause of the immense stress in the image of the body itself. I use the word image because the body can exist only as an image in translation. In thought. In reality, and by reality I mean whatever is presenting here and now without cause and without stress, no body exists separately at all. There is an undivided happening, now, always spontaneously. Not a separate body happening. Or other separate body happenings. These are all in the realm of translations. In fact, the entire world of spirituality is within the realm of imaginary happenings. In the world of understanding. And this world of understanding, this world of words, is not real. But a slow outdated world of an acceptable pace of linear time, limited words and value systems which are only applicable within its own thinking limits and constantly renews itself in a repetitive and self-sustaining orbit energized essentially by its own stress. Reality is too quick. Cannot be understood. Cannot be grasped. There is no one there at all since there is nothing steady or solid. And in the world of translations and happenings, it can only be called as that where nothing is happening.
