The Pulse Of Oneness
 
Only that feels true 
Which is common to all
In that sense,
There can be nothing more comfortable 
Than realizing or sensing 
The pulse of aliveness itself 
Or the vast beauty of nature 
Or the true slow beautiful beat of our heart 
Because the hallmark of heart centric activities 
Are that they take us to a joy that is immediately seen as divine 
And that divinity is effortlessly sensed as universal and eternal
