My thoughts about consciousness, the body and the unmoving unknowing aspect...
I think it’s helpful to see that the universe and the body are always together as one...it’s never not been that way...whether the focused mind is actively seeing it or not, this fact is irrefutable that the world and body are one so consciousness or knowingness contains the body and world together and it is the same as them...they are One...consciousness is a product of the world (of bodies) and the world is a product of consciousness since they are one only. It’s one loop all happening now only in this single unmoving instant...the unmoving aspect cannot be known or perceived since consciousness as such is that of immediate movement...therefore the unmoving is the eternal now which can only be apperceived through the thinking mind but never known as such since knowing requires movement (time) and separation into two (space)...therefore in terms of experience we are already always experiencing the wholeness yet we cannot perceive the unmoving as such through the mind and logic based tools since it is beyond time and space...
Yet when the linearly thinking mind realizes the fact of its own falsity, it knows nothing, if just for an instant that stillness brings a full stop - a stopping of all we knew...this point is the bringing together and dissolving all that was ever known or can be ever known by the logical mind...all knowing by all persons that ever existed and will ever exist is joined as one and dissolved instantaneously by the pristine stillness...
