What Evidence Do I Have?

I've been taught that everything other than this body is not me
But is that really true?
What real evidence do I have that the sensations that I call the body are any different from the sensations that I call the world?
Both are vibrations felt in consciousness
And consciousness seems to impersonally come and go by itself
Is there any real evidence that there is even a body here?
And that it has a separate owner – me?
