Do We Really Want Freedom?
Storylines tell us what caused events
Thinking as a person I seem to know who or what caused me pain
And I seem to know that feeling something called pain is somehow worse than not feeling it
But are we really that separate from that which causes us pain
Are we that separate from pain itself
Is life truly that divided that we can really know reasons for occurrences
Can thinking as a person ever reach resolution?
Are we really sure that we can do without pain?
Because the end of my personal pain is the end of the personal me
It is the end of my story
My story of waiting in time to fix my life
End of my hates and loves
It is the realization of my true face
That which is wild and free
And yet totally beyond the ken of thinking
Unthought, unbridled, boundary-less
And outside the concept of time
