I find that starting from ultimate truth and investigating and being amazed by how it is even possible to go outwards is better than starting from limited identity and trying to go beyond it. Also I examine my actual experience as a limited self and see how it operates. All this is done without wanting anything in return as such for the personal self. Just the joy of investigation. If the personal agenda or its suffering and it’s alleviation comes in, then it tries to get something out of it and we’re back into the me story again. Surrendering to suffering also helps greatly to break down the me sense. Gosh there can be so many ways, yet there is neither space nor time and therefore no separation whatsoever possible in real terms. In imagination of course anything is possible and then even the relief from the person is part of the story in illusion since separation has never and can never really take place. So for the person or for the life force it is a moment of great humility to see that it doesn’t actually exist and that nothingness is the real truth and it’s dissolution is it’s only true peace….the dissolution simply means living in the moment spontaneously and not from thought or stress of survival….life living itself for itself not an individual…..this is also a moment of eternal life for the individual since it sees also that it is all life that has ever been or ever will be…
